St. Vincent de Paul Johnstown Family Kitchen has combined their annual Food Truck Rodeo and Duck Race into a combined fundraiser: Feed the Need Summerfest.

Teachers and support staff from public schools in Blair and Centre counties raised over $2,500 for the SVDP Assumption Chapel Food Pantry in Altoona.
On Sunday, June 16, 2019 the 1st Annual Feed the Need Food Truck Rodeo was held from noon to 4 p.m. at Peoples Natural Gas Park in Johnstown. The nearly $6,000.00 raised will go toward an ongoing freezer/cooler project for the Johnstown warehouse.
The Altoona human needs office raised $1,489.20 with the help of local churches and businesses who collected gently worn and new shoes.
