Assistant Executive Director
Successful candidate will support the executive director in fundraising and outreach, marketing, program and services, human resources, business operations, strategic planning for non-profits.
It is essential that the assistant director be a member of the Vincentian family with the knowledge of the St. Vincent de Paul mission of helping neighbors in need, promoting spirituality and seeing the face of Jesus in those we serve. (See Statute 14 the RULE)
Education / Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge in public administration, business management, social work or similar field.
- Experience working in an organization that services homeless, low income and disadvantaged preferred.
- Understanding of financial reports and budgeting.
- Community outreach, public relations and fundraising experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
